As the Founder and Managing Partner of Magnum Management Consulting, established in 2010, Rumi has advised leading corporations, family businesses, and emerging enterprises on strategic transformation, operational excellence, and organizational development. Prior to founding Magnum, he held senior leadership positions with prominent multinational organizations, including AIG, Watson Wyatt and Methaq Takaful. Rumi is recognized for his ability to envision the future potential of organizations and their people, translating strategic ambition into measurable business outcomes. He works closely with boards, executive teams, and business leaders to develop transformative strategies, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive long-term growth. Rumi holds an MBA from the London Business School with a specialization in Private Equity, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from Connecticut State University and is a Fellow of the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), USA.
